Employees, officers, and directors of ESA Management, LLC ("Sponsor") and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, distributors, vendors, retailers, licensors, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, “Sponsor’s Entities”) (and the immediate family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all of the foregoing) are not eligible to participate or win. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (and its authorized representatives), which are final and binding with respect to all matters pertaining to this Giveaway.

The Giveaway begins at approximately 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, November 18, 2019 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Upon Sponsor’s receipt of your completed entry materials during the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive one (1) Entry (defined below) in the Giveaway. All information submitted must be truthful, accurate, and complete. One hundred (100) first prize winners each to receive one $20 e-gift card to Amazon.com and One (1) grand prize winner of $250 will be selected in a random drawing after the close of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Time of receipt is measured by Sponsor’s processes and within Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants are not eligible for multiple prizes. To complete an entry, you will be required to provide certain information such as your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and zip code (“Entry”). Incomplete or ineligible Entries are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Only one email Entry per person and per household. Twitter handles, Facebook Profiles or the like will not be accepted as Entries and will result in disqualification. Entrants may not enter through a sweepstakes club (or similar method), with multiple e-mail and/or phone numbers, nor shall entrants use any other device or artifice to enter. Entrants may not circumvent required fields or actions necessary to enter. Any suspected use of cheating, fraud, on-line clubs (or similar methods), exchange sites, robotic, automatic, macro, script, programmed or like entry methods as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, will void all such Entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant suspected of using/benefitting from such methods. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor has the right to verify entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and, on the basis of its investigation, to disqualify any entrant at any time during or after the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes will be delivered to each winner’s address submitted during entry in the Giveaway. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items/prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected Entries, messages or emails or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed entries, messages or computer transmissions or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Giveaway.

Sponsor makes no warranties with respect to any prizes available to winners through the Giveaway and is not liable or responsible for winner's attempted use or redemption of the prizes, transactions or failed transactions related thereto and/or purchases made in connection therewith. By accepting any prize under this Giveaway, winner agrees to hold Sponsor and Sponsor Entities harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of or related to the prize or any use of the prize or any purchase or transaction associated with the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor not responsible for typographical or any other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the winner and/or the prize.

Unless prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, entrants and winners hereby irrevocably consent to the use (but without obligation) by Sponsor (and their affiliated companies and their respective authorized representatives) of their name, likeness and hometown name for publicity, trade, advertising and promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter developed worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, mobile devices, and World Wide Web, without compensation, and without the right of review, notification or approval. Without limiting the foregoing, such right shall include the right to publicize the winner’s names and likenesses. You agree to execute any documents reasonably necessary to confer rights in or to Sponsor consistent with these Official Rules.
