  • Research Manager

    Trone Research and Consulting, a full-service marketing research and consulting firm, provides its clients with actionable information that will aid them in the ability to operationalize change. We are seeking an experienced Research Manager to join our client services team and provide support the research objectives of our varied client base.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all elements of project management within the context of custom, primary marketing research

    • Manage all phases of client survey research engagements including designing and writing screeners and questionnaires

    • Assist in the development of proposals

    • Design tabulation/analytical plans while also adding value to the research findings

    • Ensure that each project stays on schedule and within budget while adhering to the data quality standards

    • Assist in writing and edit research reports so that recommendations contained therein are clear and concise

    • Serve as liaison with clients to answer questions or concerns regarding the progress of studies

    • Continuously improve and established workflow processes through efficiencies and/or automation

    • Address client questions that may arise from the recommendations contained in the client deliverables


    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 2-3 years of full-time experience in a marketing, marketing research or related field

    • Advanced knowledge in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint

    • Able to effectively communicate and exhibit a professional demeanor

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple deadlines
